Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, with an office in downtown historic Marshall, FOMCA provides free and low-cost services to pet owners in need, with the goal of reducing pet overpopulation, preventing neglect, suffering and the unnecessary relinquishment or abandonment of animals. We strive to preserve the human/animal bond by keeping pets and their families together when they hit on hard times.
